Sessions run weekly on Mondays. Any changes or cancellations will be communicated directly. Contact us if you have questions about upcoming dates.

  • Athletic wear and running shoes
  • Water bottle (hydration is non-negotiable)
  • A mindset ready to be pushed
  • Signed waiver (first-time athletes)
