High-intensity group sessions for youth athletes

- 1600 – 1700 HRS
Sessions run weekly on Mondays. Any changes or cancellations will be communicated directly. Contact us if you have questions about upcoming dates.
WHAT TO BRING
- Athletic wear and running shoes
- Water bottle (hydration is non-negotiable)
- A mindset ready to be pushed
- Signed waiver (first-time athletes)
